Through a vast network of nonprofit, business, and government partners, we are working to ensure every person in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Solano Counties is counted in the 2020 Census.

 Solano County Employers can help ensure a complete count of residents in a variety of ways. Consider:

• Sharing information about the census in your employee newsletter, e-newsletter or other internal communications;
• Hosting a virtual lunch and learn on why the census matters;
• Offering an hour off of work for employees to complete the census;
• Providing a designated area at your place of business for employees to fill out the census. Choose a location with enough space to meet current guidelines for social distancing.
